My Journey
“A story of purpose, passion, and transformation.“
My Journey: From Homemaker and Teacher to Sujok Triorigin & Smile Meditation Instructor
A Path of Transformation, Learning, and Inner Awakening
Life’s journey has taken me from being a devoted homemaker and passionate schoolteacher to discovering my true calling as a Sujok Triorigin and Smile Meditation Instructor. Teaching was always close to my heart, a flame that continued to burn even as I balanced the roles of an educator and an army wife. My pursuit of higher education (M.A., B.Ed) led to a fulfilling teaching career in army schools, where I nurtured young minds with devotion.
Yet, it was a seemingly simple visit to a Sujok clinic in 2003 that became a divine turning point. That single encounter lit a spark within me — a deep, inner calling that gently led me to the vast universe of Sujok created by the enlightened Prof. Park Jae Woo. Soon, I found myself attending his Sujok Triorigin and Smile Meditation seminars across India, where his every word resonated with my soul. A visionary and a regular visitor to India, Prof. Park’s teachings on Sujok, Triorigin Science, and Smile Meditation were more than knowledge — they were soul transmissions.
Meeting him for the first time felt like a divine appointment. Something awakened within me — a sacred pull I could not ignore. I began to immerse myself in Prof. Park’s annual seminars with devotion, gradually weaving Sujok, Triorigin, and Smile Meditation healing into the rhythm of my daily life — all while continuing my responsibilities as a schoolteacher, homemaker, and an active participant in army welfare work.
As I walked this unfolding path, I discovered not just healing techniques, but a new purpose — a deeper way of living. I had never imagined that my journey would guide me to become a Sujok Smile Meditation Instructor. Yet, life has its own magnificent way of revealing the most beautiful, unexpected chapters — precisely when the soul is ready to receive them.
From Teacher to Healer of Smiles: A Journey Inspired by Prof. Park Jae Woo
What began as a simple curiosity became the turning point of a lifetime — a sacred calling that awakened the healer within me. From the structured world of classrooms to the boundless universe of Sujok, my journey has been nothing short of miraculous.
Guided by the illuminating vision of Prof. Park Jae Woo, I stepped into a realm where healing is not just about removing pain, but about restoring balance, awakening joy, and aligning with the universal rhythm of Smile Consciousness. His teachings were not merely lessons — they were divine transmissions that touched the soul, igniting a fire of purpose that transformed my entire being.
Even as I fulfilled my duties as a homemaker, mother, and teacher, Sujok became the pulse of my life. I offered healing wherever I could — to neighbors, army families, relatives, and strangers. One spark became many. Smiles returned, lives shifted, and a quiet revolution of hope began.
Despite the security of a respected job, I chose to follow the voice within — a whisper of destiny that grew louder with every healed soul. Leaving behind a stable income, I walked into the unknown — not with fear, but with faith. The world questioned; my spirit rejoiced.
I surrendered completely — to healing, to learning, to the path shown by Prof. Park. Early mornings and late nights became sacred hours of study and service. Challenges did come, but they only deepened my resolve. I wasn’t just practicing Sujok — I was living it, breathing it, becoming it.
This was no longer a profession. It became my soul’s offering — a sacred dance of devotion, discipline, and divine purpose. Sujok gifted me a treasure no salary could offer: the radiant light in someone’s eyes after healing, the bliss of living with meaning, and the unshakable joy of walking in service to humanity.
Through Prof. Park’s wisdom, I found my path. Through every step, I continue to walk with love, with light — and with a smile.

Sacred Choices, Divine Platforms: Guided by Prof. Park Jae Woo
In the quiet whispers of my heart, I began making sacred choices — consciously stepping away from distractions that dimmed my inner light. Television, idle conversations, and social noise gave way to stillness, study, and soulful practice. This conscious simplification became fertile ground where Sujok could take root, not just in my mind, but in my spirit.
Inspired by the life and teachings of Prof. Park Jae Woo, I was drawn not just to Sujok therapy as a healing method, but to the essence of Smile Consciousness — a way of living in alignment with higher truth. His presence, though physically distant, felt like a constant guide. Each of his words continued to echo within, gently shaping my path with divine clarity.
As an army wife, life brought frequent relocations — yet each move felt divinely timed. Every new city unfolded like a stage prepared for Sujok to bloom. Whether in Army, Navy, or Air Force communities, healing spaces naturally emerged. People opened their hearts. The defense fraternity, with its discipline and openness, welcomed Sujok with respect and trust.
It became evident that this journey was not random — it was divinely orchestrated. Prof. Park’s vision flowed through every clinic I opened, every session I offered, every smile I helped restore. I wasn’t just practicing Sujok; I was living its spirit, carrying his teachings across borders, transforming every home into a temple of healing.
Through sacred choices and divine platforms, Sujok became the language of my soul — a gift not just to me, but to every life I touched. And for this flowing grace, I offer eternal gratitude — to the Universe, to Sujok, and to the luminous soul of Prof. Park Jae Woo, whose inspiration continues to guide my every step.
Healing Across Horizons: Carrying the Light of Prof. Park’s Vision
With every relocation came not just a change of city, but a divine opportunity — a fresh canvas for Sujok to bloom. From the icy silence of Ladakh to the sacred valleys of Srinagar, from remote mountain posts to coastal towns, each place became a sacred ground where the seeds of Sujok and Smile Consciousness were lovingly sown.
Inspired deeply by Prof. Park Jae Woo, whose teachings were like soul-beacons, I carried his vision into every corner of India’s defense communities. His philosophy was not just something I studied — it lived and breathed through every healing session, every meditation camp, every silent smile that blossomed amidst uncertainty.
In high-altitude zones where soldiers guarded the nation and their families bore silent burdens, Sujok became more than therapy — it became a lifeline of hope and strength. Smile Meditation created sacred spaces of stillness, uplifting the hearts of mothers, spouses, and children, offering inner calm where words failed.
As each session unfolded, a deeper bond formed — not just between healer and recipient, but between souls united in courage, trust, and transformation. From solitary efforts, a collective wave emerged — soldiers, their spouses, and community members joined in learning, healing, and spreading this light. I no longer walked alone. Together, we became a circle of healing — living embodiments of Prof. Park’s Smile Spirit.
Workshops, camps, and healing clinics became woven into the rhythm of defense life. Physical pain eased, emotional burdens lifted, and a quiet joy spread wherever Sujok touched lives. In every smile after healing, I saw the quiet affirmation of Prof. Park’s vision coming alive — not in theory, but in practice, in presence, in love.
This journey was more than mine — it was a sacred mission unfolding through many hearts. And as I stood amidst salutes, sacrifices, and silent prayers, I knew I wasn’t just sharing Sujok.
I was carrying forward the living flame of Prof. Park Jae Woo’s legacy — spreading healing, awakening consciousness, and offering the Smile of light.

The Divine Turning Point: Becoming an ISA Sujok Teacher
In one of Prof. Park Jae Woo’s deeply transformative seminars in India, a life-altering moment unfolded. Amid casual conversations, I was unexpectedly called aside by Prof. Park himself. With eyes full of grace and knowing, he gently said,
“Bhupinder, you are doing well in Sujok.”
Those few words struck deep. I had never spoken of my healing work in distant corners, quietly serving through Sujok with devotion — yet he knew. His recognition wasn’t from observation but from insight — the kind only a true Master carries. In his presence, I felt seen — not for what I had achieved, but for the purity of my intention.
Then came the question that would transform my life:
“Do you wish to become a Sujok teacher?”
Though nervous, I responded from a place deeper than fear — with clarity and faith:
“Yes.”
That one moment became a divine initiation — a call from the Universe to walk the path not just as a healer, but as a guide. I completed the journey to become an ISA Sujok Teacher not just for certification, but out of reverence to carry forward Prof. Park’s luminous legacy.
From Seeker to Guide: Teaching as a Sacred Offering
Stepping into the teacher’s role was like entering a sacred space. Every class I led felt less like instruction and more like spiritual transmission. My students came with curiosity, pain, or silent longing — and through Sujok, I witnessed their transformation. In their awakening, I too was being transformed.
I wasn’t just teaching meridians, energy flows, or techniques. I was passing on the living Smile Spirit — the divine current of Prof. Park’s teachings that had first awakened me. With every smile returned, every inner shift witnessed, I felt Prof. Park’s presence guiding each moment.
Teaching became my meditation — a path of mutual healing. What began as a response to a Master’s question became my soul’s answer.
Anchored in Prof. Park’s Wisdom, Guided by the Smile Spirit
I immersed myself in his books, seminar notes, and treasured Sujok magazines — not just studying, but absorbing his consciousness. I didn’t know how to market or promote, but I carried in my heart one shining instruction from Prof. Park:
“Follow your work with a Smile Spirit, and success will follow you.”
That single line became my compass. Whenever doubt surfaced, I returned to his words — and found strength. I didn’t chase success. I followed the Smile. And success gently followed, drawn not by strategy, but by sincerity.
My journey as a Sujok teacher continues — anchored in wisdom, led by devotion, and radiating the Smile Spirit gifted by a Master who saw my path even before I could.
A Silent Light, A Blossoming Path: My Journey as a Sujok Teacher
I never stepped into the world with banners or bold declarations. There were no advertisements, no campaigns — only a quiet, sincere dedication to walk the path of Sujok with the Smile Spirit alive in my heart, just as Prof. Park Jae Woo had inspired us to do.
And yet, the light found its way. As I offered healing with love, something beautiful began to unfold. Word travelled not through promotions, but through people — hearts touched, pain relieved, smiles restored. Slowly, without effort, the seekers began to arrive.
They didn’t come because I called them. They came because something within them answered a call — a quiet, invisible thread guiding them to this healing path. Some had experienced Sujok directly, others had witnessed its grace in someone they loved. Each student came with open hearts, and together we began the sacred work of rediscovery.
They were not just learning therapy — they were remembering who they were.
Healers. Channels of light. Carriers of Smile.
We studied the profound simplicity of Sujok — how the body mirrors the universe through the hand, how energy flows, how balance can be restored. As they began to practice, I saw them transform — not just in skill, but in spirit.
The classroom expanded far beyond four walls. We gathered in homes, parks, temples, cantonments — wherever there was a longing to heal. There was no need for loudness. Love was enough. Sujok spoke for itself.
I never saw myself as someone above them. I stood beside them — a fellow traveler, a mirror reflecting what was already within. Each class became a satsang. Each student, a sacred seed. And this journey… it began to blossom not through strategy, but through Grace.
In my offline sessions, I gave my all — from hand models and colorful charts to projector cameras and live demonstrations. I wanted every concept to live, breathe, and awaken something real inside each learner. After the courses, I welcomed students into our clinics, where they could witness Sujok in action, gain confidence, and truly grow into healers.
I didn’t know much about promotion. But I held onto one line from Prof. Park that has guided me in every moment:
“Follow your work with a Smile Spirit, and success will follow you.”
And it did.
Not the kind of success the world measures — but the success of hearts opened, lives touched, and light quietly spreading from one soul to the next.
This is more than teaching.
This is my prayer in motion.
My offering of light.
My way of carrying forward the living vision of my Master, Prof. Park Jae Woo.

Rising Through Storms, Soaring with Smile
Amid the many trials posed by family responsibilities, societal expectations, and personal health, my devotion to the Sujok Smile journey remained unshaken. Through every storm, it felt as though the universe itself aligned with my soul’s intention, gently nudging me forward, blessing each step with silent strength and grace.
Every challenge I encountered became a sacred stepping stone — shaping me, strengthening me, and ultimately empowering me. My passion for Sujok and Smile Meditation burned like an eternal flame — a luminous beacon that continued to illuminate my path through the darkest nights and brightest dawns.
As time unfolded its wings, so too did my mission. Guided by grace and fortified by inner resolve, I witnessed Sujok rise to glorious new heights. My students and patients became living extensions of my own hands — radiant vessels of healing and knowledge. With love in their hearts and Sujok wisdom in their palms, they carried forward the light — spreading its essence through personal interactions, community outreach, and diverse media platforms.
My journey blossomed beyond borders, taking me across India and to distant lands — the USA, Iran, Indonesia, Turkey, and more. In each place, I initiated awareness and teaching camps, often blending them seamlessly with treatment sessions — sharing with reverence the sacred science gifted to the world by Prof. Park Jae Woo.
There were moments when life’s turbulent winds tried to break my spirit. Yet, rooted in faith and uplifted by purpose, I stood tall — resilient, unwavering, and ever-smiling. This journey was not merely a path I walked, but a soul-led odyssey carved with devotion, perseverance, and the boundless joy of spreading healing light through Sujok and Smile Spirit.
Humble Privilege: Serving on Prof. Park Jae Woo’s Editing Team
In the sacred unfolding of my Sujok journey, one of the most humbling and transformative blessings came when Prof. Park Jae Woo personally invited me to be part of his editorial team. It was not just an invitation — it felt like a divine calling. To contribute to the refinement of his writings was to step into the luminous current of his vision, precision, and vast wisdom.
Under his direct guidance, I had the profound opportunity to participate in the editing of six of his seminal works:
- Trioorigin World Book
- Arm and Leg System
- Meridian Sujok Ki
- Miracle of Palm Leaf
- Finger Sujok Ki
- Direction Therapy
Each book was a cosmic universe in itself — intricately layered with profound insights, infused with spiritual science seamlessly woven with scientific precision, and deeply rooted in Prof. Park’s boundless compassion for humanity.
To work on these sacred texts was not merely an editorial task; it became a soul-stirring pilgrimage. Beside attending his seminars, which always uplifted and expanded my inner being, I gained infinite wisdom, depth, and subtle understanding during my time in the editing team under his direct guidance.
Through emails, heartfelt mobile conversations, and occasional live interactions, I was graced to experience the gentle, expansive, and quietly transformative current of Prof. Park’s consciousness — a presence that spoke not just to the mind, but awakened the soul.
What touched me most was not just the intellectual brilliance he embodied, but his astonishing humility. Despite his stature as a global visionary and originator of a healing revolution, he spoke with warmth, listened with compassion, and corrected with grace. His interactions weren’t just instructive — they were transmissions of higher consciousness.
There were moments during the editing process when I would pause in awe — struck by the subtle wisdom in his words, or the profound truth hidden in a single line. My own consciousness began to expand. It was as if new windows opened inside me. The concepts I had once practiced now revealed deeper dimensions, and I began to feel a silent transformation from within.
Through this sacred collaboration, I realized that Prof. Park was not just a teacher of techniques — he was a Master of Awakening, silently guiding each soul toward their higher self. His presence, even through digital messages, carried an energetic depth that cannot be described — only felt.
This phase of editing was not just professional growth — it became a spiritual elevation. I was being sculpted — word by word, page by page — into a more aware, more devoted, more Smile-rooted version of myself.
To have served, even in this small way, in bringing his teachings to the world is a privilege I carry with deep reverence. Even today, as I turn the pages of those very books, I feel the vibrations of his vision echoing in my being.
I was not editing lines.
I was absorbing light.
And in that light, I found a deeper part of myself.

Embracing Change: A New Light in Sujok online Journey
When the world stood still during the pandemic, and silence replaced the rhythm of life, a quiet flame continued to glow within me — the flame of Sujok. Though everything around paused, something within whispered with strength… reminding me that Prof. Park Jae Woo’s vision was alive, ready to evolve.
Then came a divine calling — the launch of the ISA Sujok Global Online Platform by the Global President of the International Sujok Association, Dr. Minchul Park. It felt as though the universe had opened a sacred portal, inviting us not merely to adapt, but to expand the reach of healing light across the world.
Though the digital realm was unfamiliar terrain for me, I stepped forward with unwavering faith. Guided by the Smile Spirit, I embraced the world of online learning, virtual tools, and modern methods—not for convenience, but from a deeper devotion to continue healing, teaching, and serving.
I was fortunate to receive personal guidance from Dr. Minchul Park and steady, step-by-step support from Mr. SJ T. Dhaval Pathak, Global Joint Secretary and Organising Secretary of ISA–India. SJ T. Dhaval’s tireless encouragement and mentorship on the Sujok Global Online Platform boosted my confidence and helped me become well-versed in conducting online sessions.
To my amazement, the moment I opened registrations for my first online class, students began joining instantly. There were no borders — only hearts drawn by a silent call. What followed was nothing short of miraculous.
Like ripples in a still pond, the essence of Sujok began to flow far beyond our imagination — touching hearts and homes across continents. From the USA to Iran, Turkey to Indonesia, Iraq to the Netherlands, from Spain, Brazil, and Germany to Pakistan, Mauritius, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, the UK, Denmark, Mexico, and beyond — Sujok’s healing light reached the corners of the world with grace and purpose.
These weren’t just online classes. They became sacred spaces of awakening, where screens transformed into spiritual circles, and Sujok flowed into homes like a silent prayer. The Smile Spirit touched souls — dissolving distance and reminding us that true healing transcends all boundaries.
Today, I share Sujok knowledge across the globe with joy and confidence. My heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Minchul Park and SJ T. Dhaval Pathak for empowering me to step into this new dimension of service and for continuously encouraging me to move forward with my Smile Works—healing, teaching, and serving with devotion in this sacred journey.
My beloved life partner, Maj. Gen. S.S. Chadha (Retd.), stood beside me throughout — quietly supporting the mission, helping us nurture this virtual sanctuary of healing. Together, we witnessed Sujok becoming a global family — woven not by proximity, but by shared purpose and devotion to Prof. Park’s luminous teachings.
What began as a challenge became a divine expansion.
And what we built together was not just an online journey —
It was a global flowering of the Smile Spirit.

Like a gentle shower from the heavens, the blessings of Sujok began to flow into my life—not as accolades to be sought, but as sacred affirmations that I was walking in harmony with the Universe’s purpose.
Each milestone on this path was more than a credential; it was a sacred initiation, deepening my connection to Prof. Park Jae Woo’s vision and awakening the Smile Spirit within.

A Sacred Journey – Soul Seminar, Cyprus
One of the most soul-stirring experiences of my life was the divine opportunity to attend the Soul Smile Meditation Seminar in Cyprus, led by the guiding light, Prof. Park Jae Woo.
This was not merely a seminar—it was a pilgrimage of the soul, where silence became wisdom, breath became smile, and every moment bloomed with the fragrance of eternity.
Receiving the official certification from Smile Meditation International in 2003, bearing the sacred blessing of Prof. Park Jae Woo, remains among the most spiritually cherished honors of my journey—an eternal light on the path of the Smile Soul.
Yet, none of these accolades were ever my destination. For me, the truest award has always been the living blessing of Prof. Park Jae Woo himself — gifted to the world in the form of his soul-awakening discoveries: Sujok, Triorigin Science, and Smile Meditation. These were, and remain, my guiding lights — constant sources of inspiration that keep the flame of my mission burning with unwavering zeal.
Throughout this transformative journey — challenging yet profoundly rewarding — I felt the unseen hand of the Divine and the sacred presence of the Professor guiding every step. This path has been beautifully lit by the support of my beloved family, faithful friends, dedicated patients, and sincere-hearted students.
I am also eternally grateful for the unwavering encouragement of Dr. Minchul Park, the visionary Global President of Sujok, and for the strength and spirit shared by my committed ISA team members. Together, their presence has been a sacred symphony — echoing through every classroom, healing session, and silent prayer that this journey has birthed.

When Silence Bloomed and the Master Captured Its Light (Bhupinder Kaur’s Soul Moment with Prof. Park Jae Woo)
It came as a beautiful and unexpected surprise…
During the Smile Meditation Seminar, while I was immersed in stillness, Prof. Park Jae Woo quietly instructed his photography team to capture moments of the live session. Without my knowledge, they clicked several photographs—during meditation and even outside the seminar—each moment guided lovingly by Prof’s spiritual vision.
With the serenity of a master and the warmth of a smile, Prof. Park looked at me and said:
“I wish to publish your meditation photos in my books, if you agree.”
With tears of humility welling within, I bowed inwardly and said, “Yes, Master.”
To my deep surprise, those moments of silent smile meditation now breathed through the pages and front cover of his book…the Onnuri Magazine, Smile Yoga Book, Smile Meditation Book and one picture published on an inside page of the Smile Breath Book.” — The images were lovingly chosen and artistically shaped under Prof. Park’s divine guidance.
This was no ordinary moment—it was the Divine’s gentle way of saying, “Carry this light forward.” —it was a whisper from the Divine, entrusting me with a soul responsibility.
Though I felt unworthy of such grace, the blessing arrived unannounced—like a sacred breeze from the cosmos. In the presence of such divine love, words fall silent, and only the heart can bow. I offer no words, only a humble bow,no claim, only deep gratitude, no posture, except the silent glow of the Smile Spirit he kindled in my heart.

Pearls of Wisdom Gathered — Illuminated by Prof. Park’s Grace
Timeless Teachings from a Life Devoted to Healing
As I reflect on my Sujok journey — from homemaker and teacher to healer and guide — I bow in deep reverence to my Master, Prof. Park Jae Woo, whose radiant Smile Spirit continues to light my path. His presence, even beyond form, remains a living source of strength, clarity, and transformation within me.
Each step I took was nourished by his teachings. Each moment on this path offered a jewel of insight. These pearls I now share — gathered through service, silence, challenge, and surrender — not just as lessons, but as living vibrations of the Smile Spirit.
1. Smile Spirit is the Seed of Success
Prof. Park taught us: “Smile is the source of creation — the first vibration.”
When we carry this Smile Spirit within us — pure, joyful, and unconditional — success becomes natural, effortless, and aligned with higher harmony.
2. Let Challenges Be Your Compass
As Master said, “Do not avoid difficulty — transform it with Smile.”
Every obstacle is a spiritual doorway. When met with inner strength and a smile, challenges lead us to our greatest breakthroughs.
3. Divine Grace Supports Inner Strength
Initiative + Sincerity + Smile = Divine Support.
Even in lonely moments, I felt guided — because I took each step with faith, anchored in Prof. Park’s teaching: “When you do your part, the Universe always does its part.”
4. Celebrate Your Uniqueness
The Smile of one soul cannot be copied. My healing journey taught me: I need not compare — I only need to express my light, in my way, with joy and trust.
5. Live with an Abundance Mindset
Smile opens the gate to abundance. When we stop holding back and begin serving joyfully, life responds with infinite grace and new possibilities.
6. Practice Builds Confidence and Mastery
Healing is not performance — it is practice with love. With each patient, each session, I became more attuned to energy, correspondence, and the sacred intelligence within the body.
7. Harmony with Students Creates a Healing Field
Prof. Park’s presence was pure humility. I strive to embody that. When teacher and student meet with mutual love, learning becomes not just transfer — it becomes transformation.
8. Emphasize Hands-on Learning
Smile through the hands — this is Sujok. Understanding blossoms when the hand connects with intention, touch, and living experience.
9. Spread Awareness Like Seeds in the Wind
Awareness is the first act of healing. Every camp, talk, and smile shared in a village or home carries Prof. Park’s message forward — one spark at a time.
10. Reinforce Learning Through Regular Revision
Prof. Park often said, “One principle, a thousand layers.”
Revisiting teachings brings deeper realization — not repetition, but revelation.
11. Unity is Strength in the Sujok Family
Together, we rise. When healers walk as one, aligned with the Smile Spirit, we become a healing force for the world — strong, compassionate, and unstoppable.
12. Lifelong Learning Keeps the Flame Alive
Even as a teacher, I remain a student. I still study his books, his seminars, his smile — for his words are not just knowledge, they are living light.
13. Remain Connected Under the ISA Light
ISA is not just an organization — it is a sanctuary of Prof. Park’s vision. Being part of ISA connects us with his pure intention for global healing through Sujok.
14. Smile is the Eternal Companion of the Soul
This is the heart of it all.
Prof. Park taught — “Smile is not only on your face, Smile is the origin of your being.”
In joy and sorrow, in clarity and confusion — Smile is my silent prayer, my bridge to the Creator, and my inner sun.
To Smile is to remember who we are.
To Smile is to serve in silence.
To Smile… is to live.
My Journey Continues… With a Smile
With Prof. Park’s eternal blessings, with the grace of the Universe, and with the strength of the global Sujok family, I continue walking this path — smiling, serving, and sharing.
This is not the end.
This is the beginning of deeper devotion.
The Smile Spirit is alive… and it flows on — through my hands, my teachings, and the silent love I carry for my Master.

With Infinite Gratitude,
With folded hands, I bow to the Creator and with eternal reverence,
I bow to Prof. Park Jae Woo
