Smile Meditation by Prof. Park Jae Woo — 21 Days in the Cyprus Mountains

It was incidentally in the 1300 m highlands in Cyprus that Prof. Park Jae Woo began his Smile Meditation in the summer of August 2003, under two separate pairs of pine trees in a quiet forest.

His smile meditation continued while listening to the clear notes of the mountain birds.

Meditation was proceeding according to the Triorigin principle, and gradually, the outline of Smile Meditation started to emerge.

In total 21 days of meditation, the whole essence of Smile Meditation was awakened in Prof. Park, along with new visions and many realizations.

After this period of real Smile Meditation, it took Prof. Park one week to finish the draft of the Smile Meditation book, and he completed all writing in another 20 days, arranging the first draft in order.

This Smile Meditation book is inspired by the compassionate spirit of the Buddha, who sought to uplift humanity from suffering.

Yet, the focus of this book is not suffering — but wonder and smile.

This world is a realm of infinite wonders, illuminated by countless radiant smiles. Its deeper purpose is to awaken in us the realization of life’s inherent joy and the magic of smiling awareness.

Bhupinder Kaur – A Journey of Five Seminars in Cyprus

Bhupinder Kaur has been divinely blessed with the rare opportunity to visit Smile Rock in Cyprus — the sacred land of the Smile Spirit — five times over the course of five transformative years.

Each journey was far more than travel; it was a sacred pilgrimage, touching the soul and deepening her spiritual connection.

As a committed participant in the Smile Meditation Sujok and Triorigin Seminars, held under the luminous guidance of Prof. Park Jae Woo, she walked the path of inner healing, self-realization, and expanded consciousness.

In recognition of her steadfast dedication and profound inner evolution, Bhupinder Kaur was honored with the Master Qualification in Sujok, Triorigin Science, and Smile Meditation in Cyprus by the International Sujok Association — a blessing bestowed under the divine inspiration of Prof. Park Jae Woo, the visionary founder and guiding light of the Smile Spirit.

Bhupinder Kaur was also honored to participate in the Global Sujok Congress organized by the International Sujok Association in May 2013 in Cyprus. This significant event brought together over 30 participants from 13 countries, united by a shared vision and commitment.

During this historic gathering, an important milestone was set — the launch of a Research and Development Program dedicated to advancing the revolutionary Triorigin Theory, with the aspiration of paving the way for a future Nobel Prize nomination.
